Now for the question I'm curious about poz men who go stealth? Does it apply to just hookups or are those of us who like relationships in danger of finding one? If a poz guy fell in love wih someone in your experience do you think he would tell the other?
My guess is that non-disclosure of poz status would occur a lot more with a hookup than in a relationship. If it's much of a relationship, I don't see how the issue of status wouldn't come up. I'm not sure what would happen if a "stealth" hookup evolved into a relationship.
